Apple Nachos

Ingredients:

  • 1 gala apple 🍎
  • 1 Tbsp sugar free “Smuckers” caramel
  • 20 Lily’s’ no sugar added chocolate chips ( you can purchase the Lily’s chocolate chips via Amazon on my products page of this blog)
  • 2 Tbsp fat free Reddi whip
  • dash of cinnamon

Directions:

Core & slice apple. Drizzle 1 tbsp sugar free caramel syrup on top, add 4 tbsp of fat free Reddi Whip & 20 Lily’s chocolate chips. Sprinkle on a dash of cinnamon.

Servings: 1 plate of nachos for 2 smart points
