Egg Roll in a Bowl

Ingredients:
  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 12 oz 99% fat free Jennie-O ground turkey
  • 1 bunch of scallion onions
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
Directions:
Spray a skillet with non stick cooking spray, add ground turkey, and cook on medium heat until ground turkey is cooked all the way through, add 1 Tbsp sesame oil, cabbage and carrots. Sauté for 2-3 minutes, and then add soy sauce. Sprinkle scallions and sesame seeds on top before serving.
Servings:  Makes 5 servings/ 1 Freestyle SmartPoints® for 1 1/2 cup per serving
