What do I use to make these Lightened Up Nachos?

I absolutely love this Toritos Salsa Con Queso-the fact that you can have 2 Tbsp for Freestyle Smart Point is amazing! You can find it at most grocery stores or on Amazon

You can get the taco bell mild sauce at Walmart or it’s available as a 3 pack on Amazon. Its 0 Freestyle Smart Points.

The airfryer that I use to make these nachos is the Simple Living Airfryer they have a manual or digital one. You can find both of them on Amazon for an amazing price!

I love the Cut Da Carb wrap for these nachos. They are huge, delicious and only 2 Freestyle Smart Points. I get them online, however you can use any low point wrap or tortilla.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut one the low point tortilla in half and place 1/2 of the wrap in air-fryer at 390 degrees for 6 min or you can also cook it in the oven at 400 degrees for 4 min on each side.
  2. Once the wrap is crispy, take out of air fryer use a pizza cutter to cut the wrap into triangle pieces.
  3. Place chips on a plate.
  4. Spray a large skillet with non stick cooking spray. Cook lean ground turkey on medium high until it’s no longer pink.

I’m curious you said this is the best low point wrap you’ve had. Have you tried Josephs. I’m just asking for comparison.

And thank you for your delicious creations. Easier to get threw comfort food days with recipes like yours. All the best. Linda.

Hi Linda,

Yes, these taste much better than the flat out brans as well as the Josephs wraps. They are the same size and points as the Joseph's wraps but have a much better flavor and texture.

You are very welcome! Thanks for your comments! Linds
