Salted Caramel Protein Waffle

 Ingredients:
  • 1 scoop Quest salted caramel protein powder or you can use any flavor of Quest protein powder or one sample packet is equivalent to one scoop
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tsp almond extract or vanilla extract

Directions:

In a mixing bowl combine Quest powder, egg , baking powder,water, and extract and mix well.

The batter should be on the thinner side. But not toot thin. (Too much water will make the batter over flow.)

Spray waffle iron with non stick cooking spray, add pour batter into waffle iron.

Note:
If you add the Alyssa’s cookie it’s an additional point. (You can buy these cookies on Amazon or some local stores carry them as well.)
If you add 1/4 cup sugar free syrup it’s an additional point.
