White Bean Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 1⁄4 lbs boneless skinless chicken
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans great northern beans
  • 1 (15 ounce) can white corn
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope taco seasoning
  • 1 (4 1/2 ounce) can of chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can healthy condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1(14 ounce) can chicken broth

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except for sour cream into crockpot and cook for 6-8 hours on low. Add fat free sour cream & shred chicken 30 before it’s done cooking.

Servings: Makes 7 cups. Servings is 1 cup for 1 Freestyle SmartPoints®
