Southwestern Chicken


  • 3 skinless boneless chicken breast
  • 1 jar fat free salsa
  • 1 small bag of frozen corn
  • 1 (16 oz) can of black beans
  • 1 packet of taco seasoning
  • 2 cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 can (10 1/2 oz) tomato sauce



Place all ingredients in crock pot on low for 5-6 hours. Shred chicken half way in between.

Garnish with avocado, cheese and or fat free sour cream
