Zero Point Chicken Enchilada Soup

  • 1 pound frozen chicken breast
  • 1  can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1  can (15 oz.) pinto beans drained and rinsed
  • 1  can (14.5 oz.) petite diced tomatoes drained
  • 1  can (15.25 oz.) sweet corn drained
  • 1 can  ( 10 1/2 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup fat free chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp chili seasoning powder
Add all ingredients into a crockpot for 6-8 hours on high. Stir and serve.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pancakes



  1. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and blend well using a wire whisk or fork until batter is fluffy.
  2. Pour onto a lightly sprayed with non stick cooking spray skillet pan.

Servings: Makes 3 pancakes/ 2 Freestyle smartpoint for all 3 pancakes.

Egg Bites


  • 15 slices of Hormel black label bacon (precooked bacon from Sam’s club) crumbled and broken into pieces or you can use 10 center cut slices of cooked bacon for the same point value
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 torn up leaves of fresh basil (optional, this is what I used or you can use 1/4 cup of any veggies of your choice)
  • 3 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded light cheddar cheese (I use Trader Joe’s light 3 cheese blend)


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a skillet cook onions until transparent.

2. In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add cooked onions, other veggies of your choice, salt, unsweetened almond milk, garlic powder and pepper. Stir in bacon pieces and cheese.

3. Spoon mixture in 1/3 cupfuls into muffin cups coated with nonstick cooking spray.

4. Bake 15-18 minutes

Servings:Makes 12 egg bites / 1 Freestyle smartpoint each


Freeze or refrigerator in a air tight container. To reheat, place each muffing in microwave on high 30-60 seconds.

Peach Cobbler

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or skim milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Stevia or sugar substitute (I use baking Splenda)


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Lightly spray a 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a medium bowl combine Angel Food Cake Protein Powder, baking powder , Devotion Peach Cobbler flex flavor, and cinnamon. Stir in milk and egg with wire whisk or fork until blended.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix sugar substitute, peaches and lemon juice.
  5. Pour peach mixture in bottom of the baking dish and then add flour mixture on top.
  6. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand about 20 minutes before serving.
  7. After it cools. Top with fat free Reddi Whip and a dash of cinnamon.

Servings: Makes 4 servings. 1 Freestyle Smartpoints per serving.

Serve over light vanilla ice cream for additional points.


You can substitute the protein powder for 3/4 cup sugar free pillsbury yellow cake mix and omit the peach cobbler flex favor packet.

This substitution would be 4 Freestyle points per serving/ makes 4 servings.

German Pancake

  • 1 Tbsp light butter (I use land o lakes light butter to make the pancake buttery/crispy on the bottom)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop or 1 sample packet of angel food cake Devotion protein powder or any protein powder.
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp almond or vanilla extract.
  • 1/4 cup Swerve or sugar substitute.


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (400 degrees F in convection ovens). In a medium cast iron skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat and set aside. ( make sure the butter is evenly coated around the pan, to ensure the pancake doesn’t stick to the bottom or sides.
  2. In a blender, combine the eggs, almond milk, protein powder, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, vanilla and natural sweetener.
  3. Blend for about 1 minute or until foamy. Pour the batter into the skillet. Bake for about 18-20 minutes or until the pancake is puffed and golden brown.

Servings: Makes a large pancake and can serve up to 3 people for 4 Freestyle Smartpoints for entire pancake.

S’mores Waffle


  • 1/4 cup or one sample packet of angel food cake Devotion protein powder. (Save 10% in Devotion order with promo code PD10) or 1/4 cup any protein powder (that is meant for cooking)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup water.
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp almond or vanilla extract.
  • 15 grams or 2 tbsp of s’mores bites

  1. Mix protein powder, water, egg, extract and baking powder in a bowl, whisk until well blended.
  2. Pour into a lightly greased waffle iron or skillet to make pancakes.
