Creamy Chicken Parmesan


  • 5 (3oz) skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup non fat plain greek yogurt or plain non fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 3 tbsp Italian style bread crumbs


1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, cheese, and seasonings. Mix well.

2. Place chicken breasts on a lined with parchment paper cookie sheet.

3.Spoon mixture on top of chicken breasts. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of chicken breasts.

4.Cook for 25-28 min.

    1. I would defrost the frozen chicken in microwave ( I use the defrost button on my microwave for 4-5min) so that it’s not completely frozen going into the oven.

      That way it doesn’t have too much water or moisture when it’s cooks.

      I would cook for 20-25 min if it’s been defrosted


    1. You’re absolutely right. I didn’t realize that I wrote 4 servings. When I made it I ended up using 5 small chicken breast and so with 5 servings it would be only 2points. As you can see in my pic, the chicken breasts are not very big. Thanks for sharing that. I’ll be sure to update the servings. 👍🏻👍🏻💗💗thanks again!


  1. Even though I didn’t read the directions fully, my chicken breasts came out really good. I erroneously mixed all the ingredients together. I had a little bit of bread crumbs left and I sprinkled the rest on top. It was very tasty. Thank you for sharing your recipe.
