Birthday Cake Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp Stevia or sugar substitute
  • 1 Tbsp non fat plain yogurt or nonfat plain Greek yogurt.
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp fat free cool whip
  • sprinkles.

Directions:

  1. In a small mixing bowl mix together protein powder, flex flavoring, baking powder, Stevia. Then mix in egg, extract, nonfat yogurt and water. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Spoon batter onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet or make in muffin tins. (Be sure to spray the muffin tin)
  3. Making 5 size cookies about 3 inches a part as they do spread in the oven.
  4. Cook at 350 for 10 minutes.
  5. Let them cool for about 10 minutes and the frost with fat free cool whip and sprinkles

Servings: Makes 5 cookies.
