You can also use 1/4 cup any protein powder or a vanilla premier protein shake

  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 1 cup unsweetened Cashew or Almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 oreo thin mint cookie
  • 1 drop of green food coloring or 1/4 cup spinach to color the shake


  1. In a blender mix together cashew or almond milk, ice, peppermint extract and protein powder. Blend for a few seconds until well blended. Add a drop of green food coloring and blend until coloring has been absorbed.
  2. Pour into a glass.
  3. In a zip lock bag crush cookie and sprinkle on top of milkshake.

Servings: Makes one shake for 3 Freestyle Smartpoints
