- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp Pillsbury sugar free vanilla frosting
- 15 grams Hersey’s s’mores bites
- Dash of cinnamon
1. Preheat oven to 350. In a mixing bowl combine protein powder, baking powder.
2. Using a wire whisk, mix in egg, unsweetened applesauce, extract and water until well blended.
3. Place 6 cupcake liners into a muffin tin. Pour batter into each liner (about 1/2 full).
4. Cook for 12-15 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and allow them to cool for 5-10 min.
6. Melt (to thin it out) 2 Tbsp sugar free frosting and spoon frosting evenly on cooled cupcakes.
7. Add 2.5 grams of s’mores bites onto each cupcake. Sprinkle cinnamon over the tops of the cupcakes.
