Toasted Coconut Waffle

Oh my goodness…

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp coconut extract

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/3 cup water

  • 1 Tbsp sweetened coconut flakes (toasted)

  • 2 Tbsp Mrs. Butterworth’s sugar free syrup

  • 4 Tbsp fat free Reddi Whip

Directions:

Mix protein powder, extract, baking powder and water in a mixing bowl. Mix well with a fork or wire whisk.

Pour batter into a lightly greased waffle iron.

Top waffle with toasted coconut flakes, fat free Reddi Whip and sugar free syrup.
