Chocolate Peanut Butter Pancakes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and blend well using a wire whisk or fork until batter is fluffy.
  2. Pour onto a lightly sprayed with non stick cooking spray skillet pan.

Servings: Makes 3 pancakes/ 2 Freestyle smartpoint for all 3 pancakes.

Notes:

Topped with 1 Tbsp melted Jif whips peanut butter (2 Freestyle smartpoints), Lily’s no sugar added chocolate chip & fat free Reddi Whip
