Zero Point Chicken Enchilada Soup

  • 1 pound frozen chicken breast
  • 1  can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1  can (15 oz.) pinto beans drained and rinsed
  • 1  can (14.5 oz.) petite diced tomatoes drained
  • 1  can (15.25 oz.) sweet corn drained
  • 1 can  ( 10 1/2 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup fat free chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp chili seasoning powder
Add all ingredients into a crockpot for 4-6 hours on high. Stir and serve.

  1. A friend made the Oreo cheesecake and she let it sit overnight as your directions say and it did not set it was like pudding. Can you tell us any reason this could have happened. Thank you.


    1. It can take up to 18 hours for it to set sometimes, if it doesn’t than it could have been how it was mixed. Eggs and sugar substitute need to be well mixed before the yogurt and pudding is added. That is the only thing I could think of that would cause it not to set right.
