Brownie Peanut Butter Batter cookies


  • 1 sample packet or 1 scoop of Devotion brownie batter protein powder
  • 1 Devotion Nutrition Peanut Butter Crunch flex flavor packet or 1 Tbsp Pb2

  1. In a small mixing bowl mix together protein powder, flex flavoring, baking powder, Stevia. Then mix in egg, extract, nonfat yogurt and water. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Spoon batter onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet or make in Whoopie pie pan. (Be sure to spray pan with non stick cooking spray) I use this Whoopie pan.
  3. Making 5 size cookies about 3 inches a part as they do spread in the oven.
  4. Cook at 350 for 10 minutes.
  5. Let them cool for about 10 minutes and the frost with fat free cool whip and drizzle 1 Tbsp of Jif whips peanut butter evenly between all 5 cookies.

  1. I have Quest products available where I live. Is one packet of Quest the same as one of Devotion? Do you have any Quest recipes and I missed them?

    1. Yes. The packets for quest usually are about 1/4 cup as well as the Devotion protein powder sample packets. I do have a few recipes with quest. If you do a search for quest they should come up.

      You can also try using it as a replacement for the Devotion in my other recipes as well. Thanks so much
