Frozen Blueberry Protein Popsicles

These homemade Frozen Blueberry Protein Popsicles are packed with protein, flavorful and easy to love!

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Brownie Batter or Angel Food Cake Devotion protein powder or 1/4 cup any protein powder
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries or any berries of your choice
  • 1 cup water

Directions:

  1. Combine water, protein powder, yogurt, oats, blueberries and ice into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth or your preferred consistency.
  2. Pour evenly into popsicle molds. Place in freezer for 4-6 hours or until frozen.

Servings: Makes 6 frozen popsicle bars for 1 Freestyle smart point each
